Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TongueRead mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. TongueRead is operated by Holistic Health Labs Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

Nature of Service

• TongueRead provides wellness insights and observations, not medical diagnoses
• The App is designed for educational and informational purposes only
• AI-generated analysis reflects traditional wellness concepts, not clinical assessments
• You should always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns

User Responsibilities

By using TongueRead, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your health decisions and actions
• The insights provided are for informational purposes and personal wellness exploration
• You will not rely on TongueRead for emergency medical situations
• You are at least 13 years of age to use this App
• You will provide accurate information when creating your account
• You will not misuse the App or attempt to access it through unauthorized means

Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TongueRead, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Holistic Health Labs Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of photographs and data you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data for the purpose of providing our services. We will handle your content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Holistic Health Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TongueRead
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months
• We are not liable for any health outcomes or decisions made based on information from the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

TongueRead is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to TongueRead at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by other means. Your continued use of TongueRead after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
